Just Us is the continuation of the Faircloth Family History which began in England. It traces the American connection from the 1600s to the present directly following the Solomon, Arthur, Benjamin Franklin Faircloth and William Faircloth lines. It is the most up-to-date and final version of the Faircloth History by this author. This edition includes new photographs recently discovered and stories never before told about the early Faircloth family members. It includes the story of Fudge (almost a hanging of the wrong Faircloth), the Faircloth Overseers of the road, American history and how our Faircloth ancestors fought for our freedom. It provides a glimpse into the Faircloth character and proudly documents our history. It also introduces information to connect us with the American Indians and will be followed up by a short documentary written on this topic. with DNA testing proving Indian heritage, the author is determined to find the direct correlation. This information will be further researched and may produce a Volume 3 of the Just Us series. A must read for every Faircloth family who desires to know their past and appreciate their heritage.
