S. Roy Johnson is an electrical engineer who, like many other Americans, has spent years trying to make sense of the American political system. Dissatisfaction spurred him into a six-year quest to find a better way for government to operate. He explored how to incorporate the original concepts of democracy into the current political system through a new kind of political party designed to allow all willing Americans to participate responsibly in the decision-making and operation of their government.
