Author Information

Pedro Marcelino is a Toronto-based journalist and writer. He has written about travel, art and architecture for international media, and co-authored several books, including multiple Junior Jetsetters titles. Slawko Waschuk is a Toronto-based publisher and travel writer. He has co-authored multiple Junior Jetsetters titles. Carlos Quiterio is a freelance illustrator and graphic designer based in Portugal, near Lisbon. His work has been widely published in some of Portugal's major media outlets and in international titles including The New York Times Magazine and Flaunt Magazine. Carlos created the awesomely detailed cityscape snapshots of Lisbon. Mike Hiscott is a freelance artist based in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. He graduated from the illustration program at Sheridan Institute of Technology in Oakville. Mike drew Keira and Jordi and also created some seriously cool animal characters for both the Junior Jetsetters Guide to Lisbon and the Junior Jetsetters Guide to Chicago.
