The ease of filing online and resultant surge in number of applications filed per job means you're more likely than ever before to be ghosted by recruiters and employers. Jumpstarting Your Career looks to help you level the playing field. In its pages, you'll develop perspective on how the system actually works and how you can gain edges in different areas with just a few smart moves and preparation. You'll learn to craft your personal narrative and write a résumé that catches the attention of recruiters. Follow the author's suggestions and you increase the chances of standing out at interviews.
