Overview

The title character, Jumper, is a young basset hound ready for adventure. When Jumper's best friend must go to San Francisco without her, Jumper embarks on her own quest to San Francisco to reunite with her friend. Jumper may be a small pup in a big city, but she is brave and ready to explore. With guts, guile, and a little help from a friendly sea lion, Jumper might be able to find her friend in the big city. While travelling, Jumper learns to navigate an airport, catch a train, read a map, and ask for directions. This is a 64-page, fully-illustrated, rhyming children's book. Author Information

Alexandra (Alex) Christine writes and illustrates the Jumper Travels series. She is a Nuclear Engineer with a B.S. and M.S. from The University of Tennessee. The main characters of the series are based on Alex's real family. Alex's love for her two pets, Jumper and M&M (Emmie), inspired her to create this series. The real Jumper and M&M are the two best pets a family could ever want. They have brought great joy to Alex and her family. We hope that with these books, Jumper and M&M can bring joy to other families as well. Alex and her family are from Nashville, Tennessee.
