Author Information

Bjorn Deling looks back at over 20 years experience of Judo. He was German Youth Judo Champion and has been passing on his experience for several years now in both Competitive and General Sports as a trainer of children. Dr. Hedda Sander has been a trainer for several years and is currently Vice-president of the Judo Association of Lower Saxony, Germany.
