Author, Bruce Beck, has worked in corporate America and campus ministry as well as many voluntary roles in his local church and community. These experiences led him to write his first book, Essentials of Leadership: A Systematic Approach to Effective Leadership. He is passionate about helping young people become effective strong leaders who lead with integrity. Bruce is a husband, father, and grandfather to five grandsons on their own journeys to manhood.
