Brief description of the book: The primary aim of this book is to illuminate the essence of ""sadhana tatva"" as practiced by ancient sages. delving into yogiji's personal experiences of sadhana, basic principles and preparations, as well as his guidance on leading life of sadhana. We also get to know the energy structures of human form. Yogiji's travel to ganesh lok, krishna lok and some left-out things are also covered. Each utterance carries profound, hidden insights, offering a glimpse into the spiritual journey in his own words. Objective: The author has endeavored to present an impartial and authentic portrayal of a Yogi's life and the evolutionary path intended for humanity. In part 1 and part 2 of the book series ""journey of a Yogi's Soul"", yogi's external journey to the galaxies, black holes, various devloks and brahma prakash as well as the inner journey and energy structures in human body have been described. It is not intended as a guide or manual for performing ""sadhana"". Spiritual sadhana should always be undertaken within the guru tradition, following proper initiation and under the direct guidance of a guru. It will be highly desirable to read and feel part 1 and 2 of the book series to truly comprehend the transformative power of desire for moksh.
