The Viennese architect and 'allround designer' Josef Hoffmann (1870–1956) is much more than just the founder of the Wiener Werkstätte. This book offers a wide-ranging look at his oeuvre, which took shape over no less than 60 years. The timeless beauty of Hoffmann's creations demonstrates his importance not just as a historical figure, but as a source of inspiration for several generations.
