Reviews

An incredibly positive read! The author masterfully uses nature as a metaphor to explore emotional health from a fresh perspective. This book is a great resource for my sessions, particularly for helping children manage anxiety. Highly recommended! Dr. Reina Fuentes, School Psychologist ""Sweet! It takes an adult premise and liberates children to identify their emotions. In the same breath they are offered liberation from stifling their emotions... It's covertly an adult children's book!"" Shree Sophas, Doula
