OverviewSometimes an event influences our lives so much, it creates a divide between the time before the event and the time after the event. No matter how hard we try to return to who we were before the event happened, we can't. We can remember who we were and what we believed to be true, but we can never be that person again...we can never go back. Jordy is the final installment in The Yoga Teacher trilogy. Following our maternal line of Abenaki women through GG'ma Niben, Teylen, Sharina, and Telaya, we find ourselves with Telaya's son, Jordy. He is the first male descendant in a parthenogenic line spanning five generations. Jordy just wants to make his mother, Telaya, happy...and to be ""normal."" But Jordy is anything but normal, and it isn't long before his teacher realizes he's something special. A horrific shooting brings together Jordy and Jillian, another soul who has experienced great loss. Their connection sends a beacon to the stars, alerting the ""visitors"" that Jordy is in trouble. Jordy is an emotional story of the human heart's ability to love, and to heal from the loss of loved ones...to let our losses find refuge in our hearts and among our friends, so we can recover-and continue living.
