OverviewMeese has been shocking and captivating audiences worldwide with his multimedia performances in which he incorporates allusions to German mythology and autocracy, uses pop art and gothic overtones, and offers political commentary. His newest work, Fraulein Atlantis , involves an overflowing pressure chamber in which objects, pictures and sounds combine to form a bubbling volcanic current.
