Toni Mari has been a dressage trainer for more than twenty-five years. Working with horses and young people is a highlight of each new horse show season. Recently, she co-coached the Training Level team to a first-place finish at the 2014 Region 1 Youth Team Championships in Virginia. Many story ideas flow straight from the barn and show ring, and as she continues to ride and train, she meets new characters in the grassy corners of pastures, on cross ties, at tack shops, and at every event.
