Dr.'Leiyu Shi is Professor of health policy and management from Johns'Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health Department of Health'Policy and Management. He received his doctoral education from University of California'Berkeley majoring in health policy and services research. He also has a masters'in business administration focusing on finance. Academically he serves as Director of the Johns Hopkins-Tsinghua Dr.PH Program for Healthcare Management and Leadership and Director of the Asia-Pacific Rim Dr.PH Program. In terms of research, he serves as Director of Johns Hopkins Primary Care Policy'Center and Director of Johns Hopkins Asia-Pacific Center for Hospital Management and Leadership Research. Greenhill serves as the chief transformation officer (CTO) at Quality Insights and Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal for Quality in Healthcare, Communications (IJCOMS), an Oxford University Press and International Society for Quality in Healthcare (ISQua) peer reviewed publication. In his CTO role, he spearheads transformative initiatives focused on efficiency, productivity and competitiveness. His career spans more than 30 years with deep experience across the continuum.
