Johnny Fearless and Other Stories: A collection of humorous stories

Overview

Johnny Fearless is eighty-two and living at the Sycamore Tree Home for the Elderly. His nights are filled with dreams of dancing like Patrick Swayze. His mission? To execute the legendary Dirty Dancing lift with Mrs Bruce, assuming she’s game, and assuming the Warden doesn’t faint at the sight. Johnny Fearless and Other Stories is a collection of illustrated tales about extraordinary people attempting extraordinary things. Told in lively, rhythmic verse and brought to life with illustrations by Mark Beech, these stories are warm, witty and brimming with every day heroes - people who outwit adversity (and sometimes medical advice).  Looking for a spark of inspiration? You’ll find it here.
