Writer, film and television producer, and CEO of Storm King Productions. With a background in art, photography and animation, Sandy King's filmmaking career has included working with John Cassavetes, Francis Ford Coppola, Michael Mann, Walter Hill, John Hughes and John Carpenter. She has produced films ranging from public service announcements on Hunger Awareness, to a documentary on astronaut and teacher Christa McAuliffe for CNN, and major theatrical hits like They Live and John Carpenter's Vampires. More recently, she directed and produced the John Carpenter Live tour film and produced horror/thriller, The Manor, for Blumhouse and Amazon. King is the first woman founder of a comic publishing house. Through Storm King Comics, she has created and written the award-winning Asylum series, the multiple award-winning Tales for a HalloweeNight anthologies the monthly, Tales of Science Fiction, and the graphic novel line, Night Terrors. In December 2019, King launched the new comics line, Storm Kids, offering comics for ages 4 to 18 years old, and in 2021, received an Eisner nomination for the all ages title, Stanley's Ghost. Dark & Twisted is the newest line from Storm King Comics, focusing on horror stories with no supernatural of Sci-fi elements. Artist Jason Felix has had a versatile career ranging from video game development, illustrator for various industries, and creator of original properties. He has been involved in visually establishing major franchises such as Starcraft, Star Wars, Magic The Gathering, Prince Of Persia, Battlefield, Dead Space, and Vampire: The Masquarde. This is his sixth time working with Storm King Comics, having illustrated stories in four volumes of John Carpenter's Tales For A HalloweeNight, the five-issue arc John Carpenter's Tales Of Science Fiction: REDHEAD, and John Carpenter's Night Terrors: SOUR CANDY. David Hitchcock burst onto the comic scene back in the early 90's. His first graphic novel, SPIRIT OF THE HIGHWAYMAN garnered praise from the likes of Bryan Talbot and Alex Ross. Mainly working in pen and pencil he soon carved a gothic niche with his Jack the Ripper tale WHITECHAPEL FREAK followed by his award winning SPRINGHEELED JACK. He has illustrated many projects for a host of publishers, including Heavy Metal magazine and 2000 ad. Recently he has also produced covers for Dark Horse and he is currently drawing issue four of a folk horror tale, HEDREK written by prof Laurence Alison and NOSFERATU2 for Kult Creations.
