Overview

This is an adaptation of a true event which occurred on a farm on Washington Island, Wisconsin. Joey, a young lamb, lived on a quiet island in a beautiful lake. From the day he was born, Joey had a special relationship with his shepherd Donna, which had grown into a trusting, loyal, deep friendship. Joey spent his days grazing peacefully in the pastures with his flock. Joey lived a quiet life and all was well until another creature entered the barn; Inga the Goat! Inga tempted the flock with promises of fun and excitement. Joey has to make the difficult choice between staying faithful to his shepherd, or following the flock led by the goat, in search of freedom and adventure. Which path will he choose?
