From age 12, he worked various jobs, eventually building a career in food and beverage manufacturing. Armed only with his brain, grit, and determination, Richard spent five years in management and helped implement Lean Manufacturing concepts. Now retired, he reflects on a life of perseverance through adversity, striving to inspire others with his story of survival, resilience, and unwavering work ethic.Richard was born on the west side of Jacksonville, Florida, where he and his wife reside.
