His research interests are new demands at work, new forms of work, organizational changes, quality of working life and psychological aspects of entrepreneurship. Bettina Kubicek, is Research Scientist at the University of Vienna. Her research interests are in new demands at work, flexible work organization and the work-home interface as well as in retirement research.
