Overview

In My mess, His message, Angel Mbome shares her own story, giving examples of some traumatic experiences she encountered in the process of finding wholeness. Angel grew up in the absence of her biological parents and was exposed to a lot of trauma. She was raped as a child, molested by some of her teachers, neighbor and some extended family relations. She also had an incident at 8yrs old which almost took her life. She also battled for a longtime with low self-esteem. Leaving her country as a teenager to America felt like an escape route until she started experiencing similar traumatic experiences which resulted to her feeling rejected, lost, depressed with suicide constantly coming to her mind as the only way out. At age 18 Angel started visiting and attending churches but nothing really changed as she was only a ""church goer"". Then one day she had an encounter with Jesus in her dream who in return gave her a deeper understanding of what true love and true conversion is and what it meant to accepted, renewed, loved, and transformed. Lesson I am trying to pass on; Bad experiences in life as well as trials and tribulations must not always have a bad ending. God is busy making something out of nothing and turning everything around for good. It doesn't matter how messy a situation may be God can turn it into a message if we let him in.

Author Information

You are not what you have been through for the greater lives in you. Angel Mbome almost gave up on life due to multiple traumatic experiences through her childhood into adulthood. Finding the way through Jesus was able to birth forth every potential that would have remained buried in a rejected, lost and trapped soul. A transformation that left her with the joy of sharing her testimony to the entire world through the writing. Angel is passionate about bringing healing to people who have been through any kind of traumatic experience and to remind them that they can rise above it all and still fulfill purpose. She has inspired many through her act of caring both as registered nurse and now a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has also inspired many as a praise and worship leader and through her albums titled ""Found it all"" and ""Four years after"" which can be found under her recording name Angel M.V and now Angel Mbome on all music outlets. In addition to being the founder of the 3H that Inspires Inc, an organization created to inspire, encourage and bring alive every buried potential in people, Angel and her husband planted the image of Christ ministry international church in Bowie, Maryland, with their mission to transform lives and rebuild destinies. Angel has learned that you are not what you go through and no matter how messy your life may have been God can turn it into a message of hope.
