OverviewAlan Jensen and Richard Jensen who were both born in Moseley, Birmingham made their mark on the British Motor Industry by starting a company that produced both commercial vehicles and motor cars. Alan Jensen became apprenticed to Serck Radiators and Richard Jensen was apprenticed to Wolseley Motors and then to Joseph Lucas. They became directors of Patrick Jensen Motors Ltd and later after resigning from that company became joint managing directors of W. J. Smith & Son, Carters Green, West Bromwich.
