Sammy is very secretly after what he believes is buried treasure on the island to escape his mother Imelda. Imelda covets the land for political and financial leverage. Meanwhile, Keith schemes to block Imelda so the town can take the property under eminent domain. Osborn's friends, the posse, rally to protect the island from incursions.
