Jasper's Journey is the true story about a young ginger kitten who was rescued by Cat Action Trust 1977 Leeds in June 2023, after being found alone in Harehills in Leeds. Jasper was dirty, hungry, frightened, and far too young to look after himself. Part of his ear was missing, and he did not trust people. It was clear that Jasper had already had a difficult start in life and desperately needed help. With patience, kindness, and care from dedicated volunteers and foster carers, Jasper slowly began to feel safe. Over time, he learned to trust, to play, and to believe that not all humans are unkind. Jasper's journey eventually led him to a loving forever home, where he now feels secure, understood, and happy. This book is written in an age-appropriate and compassionate way, helping children understand rescue, recovery, and the importance of kindness.
