This book is for people who want to go to Japan but don't have any knowledge of the language. This book is perfect for you because: There's no need to know ANY Japanese character or grammar. Unlike many other phrasebooks, our goal is not to master basic conversations because that requires hours of language learning. Our goal is to seek assistance in English or simple yes/no answers as much as possible. You can pronounce all the phrases in a way that Japanese people can understand without knowing the Japanese pronunciation. The only thing you need to know is that 'é' is pronounced as ""eh"", as in ""café"" or ""cliché"".
