CHOPPER STEEDLEY-TOLAN is a two-year-old Shih Tzu and was adopted when he was two months old. Chopper blogs and has a motorcycle club at choppersmc.com. He completed beginner obedience training, but was called ""strong-willed"" and ""a party on wheels"" by his teachers. Chopper lives in Northern California with his forever Mommy and Daddy. Chopper's Mommy, AMANDA L. STEEDLEY, is a freelance artist. She received a BA from The University of Alabama in studio art and has worked as a graphic designer, illustrator and photographer and contributed articles to various magazines. While on hiatus from creative pursuits, Steedley earned a MS in accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and worked as a tax accountant.
