The author: Alessandra Palieri was born Born in Italy, in the city of Rome on the winter solstice of 1968. After completing her studies in Scenography at the ABA in Rome in the 1990s, she decided to direct her life toward healing, earning a master's degree in Constructivist Hypnosis, a degree in Occupational Therapy, and, as a milestone for her 50th birthday, a master's degree in Rehabilitation Sciences for the Health Professions. She works as an Occupational Therapist and Life Coach, and created K Woman, an all-female development program; Epicentri di Rinascita, traveling workshops for the enhancement of human resources and the local community; she leads Mental Hiking groups for personal growth in an enriched environment; and she designs team building programs for companies.
