Overview

This book will be the closing of a very bad chapter in my life stretching over 15-20 years. Telling my story is not to gain sympathy. Through this, I will not only try to process, deal with and completely heal from what I experienced, but also put the information out there to let other victims know that they are not alone.Also to give those who have been blessed enough to not get trapped in these circumstances a glimpse into the life that is so easily judged from a distance - not for sympathy, but for understanding. Insight into why victims of narcissistic abuse act the way that they do, live the lives they do, get triggered randomly seemingly out of nowhere and at times seem overly sensitive about issues that to others seem dismal.
