Donna Rausch has been a Realtor since 1985. Over the course of her career she has worked as a sales agent, associate broker, broker/manager and a broker/owner. Accomplished in her sales career, Donna ranked among the top 10 Realtors in her Association for over 2/3 of her career. Now she works as a branch manager for two independent offices and as one of several trainers for the company. Donna also served as a Director and Board President of her local Association. Over the years, she has served on the Grievance and Professional Standards panels, Legislative and Finance committees, and Multiple Listing Service Board of Directors. In 2012 her Association named her Broker Manager of the Year. In 2013, Donna was elected to serve as the Central New York Regional VP for the New York State Association of Realtors. In her free time she and her husband travel whenever they can having been to over 25 countries around the world. Her family, including her four grandchildren, make the hard work even more worthwhile.
