Frank Bisconti is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Consultus Management Partners, LLC, a successful, business consulting firm that specializes in corporate turnarounds, reorganizations and assisting new and emerging companies build sound, functional infrastructures to help achieve success. Prior to launching Consultus in 2007, Frank worked for three (3) public companies and five (5) private companies in executive level positions. In 1987, Frank joined the executive team at Home Shopping Network, Inc. shortly after it had gone public. During his 7 years at HSN, he held positions of Director, Business Analysis; Director, Subsidiary Operations; and Division President of HSN Travel, Inc. Frank was also a member of HSN's Executive Strategic Planning Committee. In 1996, Frank went on to become Chief Financial Officer of a national packaging and distribution company. The company doubled its sales and quadrupled its profits during his five (5) years. A new opportunity allowed Frank to become Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of a national brand marketing and promotional products company that quickly became a Top 50 Distributor. Sales jumped a whopping 400% during his four (4) years by building a great human capital team, sound operations, and a solid sales and marketing strategy. Now, an author, Frank is expanding his interests to include Internet marketing and business consulting.
