OverviewEddy Goldfarb, now 101 years old, is one of the world's leading independent toy inventors. He is best known for the Yakity-Yak Teeth, Stompers, Ker Plunk, the Vac-U-Form and the Bubble Gun. During WWII, he volunteered for the Navy and served as a radar technician on the Batfish Submarine, where he invented his first toys. In 1949, he sold the Yakity Yak Teeth, the first of more than 800 classic toys over his 80 year career as a toy inventor. In 2003, Eddy was inducted into the Toy Industry Hall of Fame. Eddy's creativity, humor and optimism fuel his passion for writing stories, precisely 100 words each. These stories, both fiction and non-fiction, share memories of his life, and clever observations about life, love, and aging. Eddy Goldfarb is featured in the 2020 award-winning documentary short EDDY'S WORLD.
