Overview

I'm a mom of 2 boys who love the sport of baseball. We navigated through the travel world blind, and we probably made most mistakes. Since the 1st year I said I wanted to write a book, it wasn't until year 6 or 7 that I knew I needed to write this book. So I just started typing and adding and typing and adding until the summer my oldest graduated high school, and my youngest was starting his senior year. I'm not a well-known author; I did this as a mom and a parent to help even just one family through some tough decisions. It is also to open some eyes to the destruction of youth sports brought to you by all the adults...parents, caregivers, coaches, programs, all of us. We, as the grown-ups, need to step up and be the role models our kids deserve. No fluffy, protect my kids, shelter them from reality stuff here, I'm down with discipline, hard work, and accountability as the basis for growth and success. I hope you enjoy and maybe even learn a little something.
