He is founder and leader of the Harris Kern Enterprise Computing Institute. RICH SCHIESSER has spent two decades leading major IT infrastructure organizations at companies and public agencies ranging from Twentieth Century Fox and Hughes Aircraft to the City of Los Angeles. He has taught IT classes at UCLA and California State University, Los Angeles.
