Francesca Filosa is an independent researcher, architect and PhD in ""Architecture. Theory and Design,"" a title obtained at La Sapienza University of Rome with a dissertation entitled ""Monstrous Spaces: for a trans-species architecture."" She has authored scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals and been a speaker at several conferences in which she analysed the relationship between built space and the non-human animal. She currently practices freelance and is involved in the studies and practices of anti-speciesist architecture.
