Table of ContentsReviewsFrom the reviews: Dr. Hayreh critically summarizes a vast and complicated array of literature on an often controversial topic. The conclusions are pertinent to a broad audience in neurology and ophthalmology, though the volume as a whole will likely draw the most interest from scholars of neuro-ophthalmology and related fields. ... For the more typical reader ... this serves to make each chapter accessible and informative in isolation. ... The strength of this volume lies in its extensive, critical discussion of the literature with consistent style and message. (Heather E.
