Author Information

Our author had over 45 years in the class room teaching Mathematics only for the last 30 years. The last fifteen years of his fulltime career were spent as the head of a large Mathematics department. There, he made teaching problem solving his priority within the class room and the professional development of his staff outside the classroom. He became a presenter of over forty professional development workshops, many presenting his approach to problem solving. He has written many books on class room teaching designed to help the young teacher and the new head of curriculum.
