Overview

"""The wealth of a nation is its working people""- so goes the saying. Work brings wealth. We spend an average of 25% of our lives at work, so it's important to make the best out of it. Complex because people may differ emotionally giving an opportunity for a conflict. Organizations are complex social systems that sometimes perform remarkably well and sometimes fail miserably (Jex 2002).
