Not sure how to prepare for longer triathlons? Do you have 7 to 10 hours per week to devote to your training? If your goal is to participate in an Ironman, then our program is for you! The goal? To smash your personal best, improve your endurance and overall fitness, and participate in your first race. What is an Ironman? In triathlon parlance, Ironman is the name given to one of the longest formats in the discipline. Covering a total distance of 226 kilometers, it consists of a 3.8 km swim, a 180.2 km bike ride, and a marathon (42.195 km run). Our program is: If you choose to train with our program, you will have access to: Unique and varied workouts. Rest times and number of sets are all indicated. A program designed to get you to the starting line of your first Ironman. Six complete training sessions per week for 12 weeks.
