TURLOUGH O’RIORDAN is a historian and the online and digital editor of the Dictionary of Irish Biography. He has worked on the project for over two decades. JANE GRIMSON is a Member of the Royal Irish Academy and past president of Engineers Ireland and of the Irish Academy of Engineering. She is a Fellow Emerita and former vice provost of Trinity College Dublin.
