He has published on Irish foreign policy and EU foreign security and defence policy. Michael Kennedy is the Executive Editor of the Royal Irish Academy's Documents on Irish Foreign Policy series. He has published widely on twentieth-century Irish diplomatic, political and military history. John Doyle is Executive Dean of DCU's Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and asenior lecturer in International Relations.
