She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Eleanor Daly is a senior in-house solicitor with FEXCO and an associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and of the Irish Taxation Institute. She is a member of the Business Law Committee of the Law Society of Ireland and the Assistant Company Law Examiner for the Law Society's entrance examination.
