Overview

This is a story about how my life changed from living day to day to a successful one, in a perfect place. It is amazing, how everything switched. Just like if I would have stepped into a parallel universe to a totally different, and better life, and find that Zen that I was looking for all my life. I needed courage and get out of my comfort zone. Go to a new, unknown place with little money, to try out my luck without having someone to guide me. Changed careers. And all this while taking care alone of my nine-year-old child. None of this have happened if I don't leave my country, and then that other country as well to get to Ireland, where I have found everything that I was hoping for. I never had an easy life. None of my stories are simple or boring. Something always happens. And I am also very active, so things can change very quickly in my life. I've got used to being alone and do everything myself. I have a very few, but very good friends whom I know I can count on, but I always try to do things on my own. As you can see, it is possible. My best friend told me that she is always telling people that if they would leave me on an ice floe, I would survive and get home for sure. She might be right. I am like a cockroach which can adapt to every new situation and survive anything. I am a roach, but an attractive one.

I am Timea M Kiraly. A single mother by choice. My dad was a diplomat, so I was born in Mexico, lived in Madrid as a child, and never felt Hungary as my home. I always wanted to leave Hungary to move to Spain, but when I was finally able to do it, I had to find another home country instead. I always imagined myself living in a peaceful place near to the beach and sea animals, with happy people around. Don't have to worry about how to maintain my son and myself, and to be able to give him everything that he needs. And I did it. It is not just a dream anymore.
