Author Information

Christopher Collins teaches at the Samuel Beckett Centre in Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. He has published widely on memory and forgetting in Irish theatre, particularly in relation to the plays and performances of Irish playwright, J.M. Synge. Mary P. Caulfield teaches at the State University of New York at Farmingdale, USA. She has published widely on Irish theatre history and heritage performance, and seeks to excavate neglected plays written by controversial women in Ireland's past who combine the political and the performative, to assert women's agency and visibility.
