Invito alle equazioni a derivate parziali: Metodi, modelli e simulazioni

Overview

Reviews

From the reviews: ""The book is designed as an advanced undergraduate or a first-year graduate course for students from various disciplines as Applied Mathematics, Physics and Engineering, and evolves from PDE courses ... . The exposition if extremely clear and flexible enough to allow substantial changes in the presentation of the arguments without compromising the comprehension and to facilitate a selection of topics for a one or two semester course. The textbook is highly recommendable."" (Dian K. Palagachev, Zentralblatt MATH, Vol. 1171, 2009)
