Mickey Frazier Sr. has bought and sold residential and commercial real estate in California and Georgia for over 35 years. In 1995 he originated the first 30 year commercial financing deal in South Central Los Angeles. USA Today and The Los Angeles Sentinel newspapers called him a real estate innovator for implementing talking houses.
