She lives in Greensboro, North Carolina; and enjoys spending time with her sons, Ben and Patrick, her dog, Cosmo and her cat, Sadie. Abbi Hattem, Ph.D. is an individual, marriage, and family therapist in private practice in Chapel Hill NC. She specializes in the mental health sequelae of acute and chronic trauma and of chronic illnesses, including eating and dissociative disorders, for individuals and their families.
