Filippo Neri is assistant of the president for technical and technological strategies at Elettronica SpA, Rome, Italy. He also wrote the first edition of Introduction to Electronic Defense Systems (Artech House 1991). Dr. Neri received his Ph.D. from the University of Rome, Italy.
