Welcome to Introduction to Discipleship: Responding to the Call. This workbook is the first of a series of three workbooks designed for Christians seeking to go deeper and high school students who want to learn more about what the Bible has to say about discipleship, Christian leadership, and living a meaningful and impacting life. This first workbook is designed to help you gain a Biblical understanding of the 5 C's of discipleship: call, cost, character, commandment, and commission. A lifestyle of discipleship involves establishing, maintaining, and enlarging a solid spiritual formation foundation of purity, integrity, and maturity (I Timothy 1: 5) for a faithful, fulfilling, and fruitful life. Introduction to Discipleship: Responding to the Call is formatted using the IDEA approach of discovery learning for life transformation. Each chapter begins with an Introduction (I), followed by Discovery (D), Explanation (E), and Application (A) sections.
