She currently works as a Lecturer in Education (TESOL) at The University of Edinburgh, where she teaches a course on Global Englishes. She is currently working on several publications related to Global Englishes, particularly in relation to English language teaching. Heath Rose teaches applied linguistics at Trinity College Dublin, focusing on language teacher training.
