The GIPsy intervision group describes the theoretical premises and the practical plan of its supervision experience . Starting from the first historical cases of supervision between peers, the Intervision Handbook presents the most important forms of professional support in the helping professions areas, where intervision sets out as a considerably distinguished experience from supervision. The critical elements that can determine a higher or lower functionality of a group of comparison between peers are described, presenting the group's structure, the critical elements identified as cornerstones for its functionality, the progress of the intervision meeting and the emotional climate of the group. The Handbook contains three clinical cases which have chosen as emblematic to illustrate the modalities through which the intervision work is effectively carried out and includes interviews with Giorgio Rezzonico and Christine Meier, as well as an articulated outlook on the individual representations of the group.
