OverviewToday we can affirm that many types of cancer have become a chronic disease, with all that this entails. In the context of the comprehensive management of this disease, attention to nutrition and physical activity plays a crucial role. The present work focuses on exploring nutritional and sports interventions aimed at patients diagnosed with breast cancer, with the aim of determining whether interventions in this regard improve the quality of life of patients during and after treatment, whether radiotherapy, surgery or chemotherapy, and whether this has a direct impact on patients' overall survival (OS) or progression-free survival (PFS) of the disease.
